Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

  • 4 fully cooked bratwursts , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except buns in 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Fill buns with bratwurst mixture.
