Bow Ties With Sausage and Sweet Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a large skillet, cook sausage and sweet peppers over medium-high heat until sausage is brown.
  4. Drain off fat.
  5. Add broth and black pepper to skillet.
  6. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. When pasta is cooked, drain well.
  9. Toss pasta with sausage mixture and sniped parsley.
  10. Serve.
