Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of cayanne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce ( i used chalula)

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into pieces
  2. Mix together dry ingredients in separate bowl
  3. Mix egg and milk in a seperate bowl
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture then
  5. Dip into flour mixture
  6. Heat olive oil in frying pan and cook chicken through
  7. It should be browned on outside.
  8. After chicken is cooked put aside and I used the same pan just dump out excess oil add the butter and hot sauce once this is hot add chicken back to pan and make sure it is well coated.
