Ingredients:

  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)

Directions:

  1. Fry the Jimmy Dean Sausage and drain off grease.
  2. Melt butter in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. (Place in oven to melt the butter).
  3. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and pour on top of the butter.
  4. Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes or until egg mixture is firm in center.
