Blueberry Sour Cherry Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar -- optional
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients (first 4)
  2. In a smaller bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; stir well.
  3. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients and fold in until just
  4. Combined.
  5. This is important.. do not stir, the batter should be lumpy !
  6. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray, fill with batter to the top
  7. And bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
