Ingredients:

  • 3 5/8 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/8 tbsp salt
  • 5/8 tbsp cinnamon
  • 5/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until moistened and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
