Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and whisk.
  3. Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  4. Pour in batter and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
