Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients.
  2. Add dry ingredients until moistened.
  3. Add blueberries.
  4. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
