Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Wisk together egg and milk. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour melted butter inches Stir just until combined.
  3. Pour batter into greased square pan and bake 20 minute or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool.
