Blackberry Apple Streusel

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir until well combined. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  2. Cut 4 squares of parchment paper.
  3. Fold each square in half and open each and place 1 cup apple near the fold.
  4. Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over apple and top with berries then drizzle syrup evenly over fruit.
