Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium-sized pot, combine the two ingredients.
  2. Heat over a medium flame, stirring well until heated.
  3. Serve!
  4. Chicken With Black Beans
  5. 6 chicken breasts, sauteed in a frying pan with 2 TB olive oil. Cook until tender.
  6. Place the breasts in a pan and add 1/4-1/3 cup of Black Beans And Salsa over each breast.
  7. Using sliced Monterey Jack cheese, add one or two slices on top of the chicken.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted completely.
  9. Serve each breast with a sprinkling of chopped scallions, a serving of freshly steamed corn and a small green salad. Magnifico! And tasty, too!
