Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry onions with the bacon until they are translucent and the bacon is crisp. You can cut the bacon into 1/2 inch slices frist instead of crumbling it after wards.
  2. Cook the rice so it is nice and fluffy.
  3. Add bacon/onion mixture and black beans to the rice.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add the tomatoes, mixing well again.
  6. If needed add some broth to desired consistency.
  7. Serve warm as a side or wrap them in fresh fry bread.
  8. Enjoy
