Black Bean Pesto Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend till its a smooth, creamy consistancy.
  2. Since I didn't measure when I made this dip, all measurements are approx., but accurate in my opinion - you know how creamy you like your dip, so adjust according to your own taste!
