Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli until tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. In a pre-sprayed casserole dish mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion, and 1 cup of cheese together.
  4. Add broccoli and crush ritz crackers and also mix inches.
  5. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. You can also substitute the broccoli with cauliflower.
