Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer half the vegetables in 3 qt casserole.
  2. Crumble on half the uncooked ground beef.
  3. Mix thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle half on top of ground beef.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with tomatoes.
  7. Cover and bake at 375* for about 1-1/2 hour, until done.
