Directions:

  1. In a large heavy bottomed pot, bring chicken stock to a boil
  2. Add carrots, onions, peas, tomatoes, and spices.
  3. Simmer until veggies are soft about 15 minutes.
  4. Add beef, crumbling it up as you drop it in simmer 10 minutes
  5. Add macroni noodles, simmer until noodles are soft about 10 minutes
  6. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
