Beef with Onions in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200 g raw beef
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp red wine
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 slices ginger root
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/8 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Marinate beef with light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, wine, and starch.
  2. Stir fry ginger, onions; then add beef; prepare sauce and add.
  3. When beef is done, add green onions and sauce mixture.
