Beef and Peppers in Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  2. Stir fry beef until brown lightly.
  3. Add peppers, onion, and stir fry for two to three minutes.
  4. Add seasoning, water chestnuts, garlic puree, hoisin sauce, and stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the corn starch to beef broth.
  6. Slowly stir the broth into the stir fry to thicken.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles.
