Beef & Onions in Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325.
  2. Cut beef steak lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1/4 strips; set aside.
  3. Shake flour in oven bag.
  4. (Leave excess flour in bag).
  5. Place sauce ingredients and onion in bag.
  6. Squeeze bag to mix well, blending in flour.
  7. Place beef in bag, turning to coat.
  8. Place bag in 13 x 9 pan, arranging ingredients in even layer.
  9. Close bag with nylon tie.
  10. Cut 6 1/2-inch slits in top.
  11. Bake 45-50 minutes or until beef is tender.
  12. Serve beef in rolls.
