Ingredients:

  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 package mccormicks's beef stew seasoning
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic clove
  • salt and pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Coat a 10 inch sauté pan with nonstick cooking spray, add garlic and onions.
  2. Sauté over medium heat for a few min and then add stew meat.
  3. After stew meat is browned add vegetables.
  4. Mix stew seasoning with water and pour into pan.
  5. Place lid on pan reduce heat to Med Low and cook until meat is done and vegetables are fork tender.
  6. Salt and pepper after cooking.
