Beef Patties With Mushrooms And Gravy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In lg.
  2. Bowl, beat egg; stir in onion, breadcrumbs and mustard.
  3. Add beef and mix well.
  4. Shape into 4 patties.
  5. Cook in ungreased skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Drain.
  7. In small bowl, mix gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms.
  8. Pour over patties in pan.
  9. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
