Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice steak with the grain in thin strips 1-inch wide.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Marinate meat strips overnight, turning several times while marinating.
  4. Put into dehydrator for about 8 hours.
