Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1- 1 lb. can bean sprouts
  • 1-4oz, jar piementos

Directions:

  1. Combine oil Salt sugar in Blender container . cover; Beat for 1 minute
  2. Drain and rinse Bean sprouts. Place beansprouts piemento and Chives in a bowl stir in vinegar dressing cover chill for several hours before serving{1-2 Hours would be fine Makes 4 servings
