Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pork in 8 microwave safe dish and cover with microwave safe waxed paper. Heat on high for 7-9 minutes or until hot, stirring once, OR heat according to package directions.
  2. To serve, split corn muffins and place two halves on each plate. Spoon barbecued pork over muffins and top with coleslaw.
