Ingredients:

  • 4 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp bee pollen

Directions:

  1. Pour ice into blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Pour and enjoy.
