  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all in blender.
