Basic Fruity Custard/Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 6 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine 3c milk and the dried fruit (use a different mixture every time) and soak together in refrigerator until the fruit is soft. (a couple of hours)
  2. Using a whisk, blender, etc, blend the eggs, oatmeal, and remaining milk thoroughly.
  3. Combine the fruit mixture with the egg mixture in a 1.5-Qt slow cooker, and cover.
  4. Cover slow cooker stonewear with a clean folded tea-towel to absorb excess liquid.
  5. Cook: Low 8h or High 4h.
