Banana Yogurt Custard

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp hung yogurt (whisked)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Take custard powder n milk in a pan . mix well cook on medium heat stirring continously.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Peel n grate the bananas
  4. Add sugar to the custard n mix.
  5. In a large bowl take the grated bananas add hung yogurt , cooled custard n mix well.
  6. Check for sugar adding more if required.
  7. Transfer mixture into a serving bowl top with grated chocolate n serve.
