Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and shortening together.
  2. Add eggs then bananas.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
