Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 3)
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Grease and flour loaf pan.
  3. Cream sugar and butter.
  4. Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas.
  5. Add flour that has been sifted with baking soda and baking powder.
  6. Add nuts.
  7. Bake in greased/floured loaf pan for 1 hour.
  8. Let cool, transfer to a serving plate and slice.
