Ingredients:

  • green gram dhall-1/2cup pressure cooked by adding some water
  • make a paste by adding some water
  • coconut -1/2tsp
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Remove the outer skin of the plantain stem&cut into circular rings
  2. We can remove the fibre by twisting the finger
  3. Cut into small pieces.soak it in butter milk to avoid discolouration
  4. In a pan add oil,add mustard seeds,& chopped onions&saute it
  5. Then add the grinded paste&cook it for few sec
  6. Then add the banana stem&salt to taste&pressure cook it
  7. Once it's cooked add coconut oil&serve hot with rice...
