Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 -2 banana
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Put milk and banana in a blender and blend.
  2. Add the other ingredients and blend again.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy.
