Banana Salad with Peanuts

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 6 cup torn romaine lettuce

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, peanut butter and honey; blend well. To serve, gently toss lettuce, bananas, apples, raisins and peanuts. Serve immediately with dressing.
