Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and soda together in medium size bowl. Set aside.
  3. In large bowl blend shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Alternately add flour mixture and bananas. Mix until smooth. Carefully fold in raspberries.
  5. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool in pan 10
  6. Minutes then invert on rack.
  7. Yield: 1 loaf.
  8. * If using frozen, include 1/4 C. raspberry juice.
