Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream fat and sugar until fluffy
  2. Beat in the eggs and vanilla
  3. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
  4. Add flour mix alternately with mashed banana to creamed mixture
  5. Stir in raspberries with its juice
  6. Place in a greased and floured loaf pan ( 9 x 5 )
  7. Bake 350F oven about 1 hour or until tested done in the center
  8. Remove to rack
  9. Cool completely
  10. Best served if wrapped and allowed to mellow overnight
  11. Note: slice and served with softened cream cheese or butter
  12. Looks pretty and tastes wonderful!
