Banana muffins with chocolate chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Mix egg, oil, milk, mashed banana and vanilla in bowl.
  2. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet mixture to dry mixture.
  4. Do not overmix.
  5. Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes.
