Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit. Grease 8 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add in raisins.
  4. Combine eggs, milk, and butter. Add dry ingredients. Mix lightly only until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Turn batter into pan. Bake in pre-heated oven for about 50 minutes.
