Ingredients:

  • 1 package yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 tbsp. banana extract
  • filling
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. banana extract (i use 2 tbsp.)
  • 1/2 cup buttered crisco
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Directions:

  1. Batter:
  2. Mix and divide batter.
  3. Pour into 2 greased & floured jelly roll pans.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Filling:
  6. Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread filling over one of the layers.
  8. Put other layer on top and cut.
