I got this recipe from my boss's Mom. These are really good and so different from many other desserts. YUM!
Ingredients:
batter
1 pkg yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 pkg banana cream instant pudding
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 tbsp. banana extract
filling
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp. banana extract (i use 2 tbsp.)
1/2 cup buttered crisco
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup of milk
Directions:
1. Batter:
2. Mix and divide batter.
3. Pour into 2 greased & floured jelly roll pans.
4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
5. Filling:
6. Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes.
7. Spread filling over one of the layers.
8. Put other layer on top and cut.
