Ingredients:

  • 11/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 11/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x9 pan. Dissolve baking soda in sour cream. In a large bowl,cream butter and sugar till light. ,add eggs,beat well. Add sour cream and baking soda mixture,mashed banans and vanilla,stir to combine. Add cake flour,mix well. Pour batter into 9x9 pan and bake at 350 for 45 mins or till done.
