Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
