Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts if desried

Directions:

  1. Smash bananas.
  2. Add remaining ingrediants one at a time and mix them well untill blended
  3. Purpour into a lightly greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
  5. Cool for 15 minutes in pan then remove and place on cooling rack.
  6. Other options:
  7. I use frozen bananas as they make the bread moister.
  8. I also add 1/2 cup of HersheysSKOR bits( brickle bit )
  9. They melt during baking and add flavor and color
