Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place rack to lower-middle position
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350
  3. Grease and flour bottom only of regular loaf pan
  4. Or bottom and sides of nonstick pan
  5. Set aside
  6. Whisk flour,sugar,baking soda,salt, and walnuts together in large bowl: set aside
  7. Mix mashed bananas,yogurt,eggs,butter,and vanilla with wooden spoon
  8. Lightly fold banana mixture into dry ingredients with rubber spatula until combined
  9. Scrape batter into loaf pan
  10. Bake until loaf is golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean
  11. About 55 minutes
  12. Cool in pan for 5 minutes
  13. Transfer to wire rack
  14. Serve warm or at room temperature
  15. Enjoy!!!
