Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Beat together the oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
  2. Then add flour, salt, bananas, baking soda, milk and nuts.
  3. Pour into greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. Cool 10 minutes.
