Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and mashed banana.
  3. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
  4. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Spray loaf pans with cooking oil and fill to 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Insert toothpick, if clear bread is done.
