Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix 1st 4 ingredients
  2. Mix last 4 ingredients
  3. Mix together
  4. Pour in 9x5x3 greased loaf pan in 350 deg preheated oven for about 1 hr
