Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Before mixing ingredients, peel, core and slice apples. Srinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste, set aside.
  2. Mix first eight ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  4. Layer batter and apples until all ingredients have been used.
  5. Bake at 350 degreed for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with a glaze.
