Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and butter, add eggs. In seperate bowl, mix baking soda and sour cream, set aside. To sugar, butter, and egg mixture, add flour, bananas, vanilla, and salt. Fold in baking soda and sour cream. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
