Directions:

  1. Ok cut the potatoes into french fry shapes. (I don't peel them anymore but some people like them peeled.)
  2. Lay the fries out on your counter or cutting board and try to pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Place them all in a large mixing bowel
  4. Lightly spray the potatoes and keep rolling them around with your hands.
  5. Try to just barely get them all coated with oil
  6. Place the fries on two cookie sheets and bake them for about 40 mins turning about halfway through.
  7. Throw the fries back in the bowel from before sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and salt. serve right away
  8. DON'T USE KETCHUP ON THESE FRIES THE KETCHUP WAS FOR THE SAMOSAS. THE CARAMELIZED SUGAR FROM THE SWEET POTATOES MIXED WITH KETCHUP IS SUPER BITTER. If you need a sauce use agave nectar.
