Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Salt & pepper the fish.
  3. Mix together the oil, mustard, & honey.
  4. In another bowl combine the panko and nuts.
  5. Brush the fish liberally with the honey-Dijon mixture and pat about 1/4 of the nut-crumb mixture on top of each fillet.
  6. Place on a greased pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes. (Test the fish and if it flakes easily with a fork, then it is done.).
